Q: What if my plugin received a negative review

A: If someone do not like your plugin or theme, you might receive a negative review on the Oxwall Store regarding your product. Sometimes it may be a good signal informing you how can your product be improved. In that case you should contact the person who left a negative review and ask him to provide you with more details on how to make your plugin or theme better.

If you've tried contacting that person who left a negative review but did not receive any replies, email to describe your problem, include plugin or theme URL, review content and tell us how have you tried to reach the user who left that review. We will try to contact and ask that person to get in touch with you.
