Q: What to do when my plugin or theme was suspended


A: When you submit a plugin or theme to the Oxwall Store, it first needs to be reviewed by our moderation team. They check plugins and themes for reliability, sustainability and make sure they meet review guidelines. So, if your plugin or theme gets suspended, it means that there was a problem with your product. At the same moment your product gets suspended (you can see it at Oxwall Store→My Items where all your plugins and themes are listed), you will receive an email with detailed description of the problem which prevents your product from being approved.

You may also receive some recommendations from our moderation team. Recommendations do not prevent a store item from being approved, yet we would like you to follow those recommendations as we believe customers would like to see these improvements in your product.
