Please choose a proper [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_license | license]] for the distribution of your items before adding them to the Oxwall Store. The right license will help you avoid a lot of trouble in the future. This step is vital, so don’t ignore it.

If your items are distributed for free, choose the [[http://www.oxwall.org/store/oscl | OCSL]] (Oxwall Store Common License), or any other of the [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_free_and_open-source_software_licenses | Free/Open Source licenses]] around, depending on your vision of the items’ development and potential distribution plans. 

If you sell your items, they have to be distributed under the OCSL, in accordance with the Clause 2.1 of the [[http://www.oxwall.org/store/terms | Oxwall Store Terms of Use]].
